Thank you for shopping at ClickBelt. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Eligible Returns We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item received is significantly different from what was described
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at adriannurzynski8@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You must include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing the damage or defect
Resolution Once we review your request, we will offer one of the following:
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method
- A free replacement item
In most cases, you do not need to return the item — we will resolve the issue without requiring you to ship it back.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or incorrect size ordered
- Items returned without prior approval
Shipping Costs Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return shipment is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing Time Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
